If you've been looking for something different - frames that are sophisticated, unique, design-focused, then Blinka will most likely open your eyes to a whole world of frames you didn't know existed. As for customer service, Pam, the owner, enthusiastically introduced me to the designers she carries. She answered all of my questions about design, materials, where they're made, pros and cons. Everything. 5 stars all around!!
